Do you plan to produce white wine, red wine, sparkle wine or all? Red wine requires more tanks which cuts down on production capacity of the winery unless more tanks are added, sparkling wine requires more processing tanks?

How many wines do you plan to produce at the same tank, PL list but keep in mind that for more wines you will need more tanks & have to buy up initially.

Finding an appropriate location for your winery can be as great as challenge as rising money or deciding whether or not your spouse's best friend should design your label. Remember that a winery is a food processing plant.

How many Sq. ft/Meter of space are you proposing to allocate for the winery? How much area would there be for expansion?

Does the floor of the proposed winery site to floor drains.

Is double wall gas vapor venting require or feasible for the winery site.

Is three-phase electrical supply available on site? Is it possible to bring supply from any of the nearest transformer?

Is there cold water supply is available at winery site? Source of water supply is open well/Bore well/ municipal water supply

Do you have a copy of the local water department analysis available at proposed winery site?

Do you have a current floor plan of a proposed winery site? Does it indicate all current utility outlets? (Water, power, drainage)

Do you have a proposed floor plan for the new winery? Are the architectural renderings available? If so PL enclose.

Is there a basement planning for the winery? If so how high are the silling requirements?
